Personalities Within
Manchester 26-27 September 1998 An intensive seminar to discover your main personalities within, to learn to talk to them and to make them "converse" with each other. This is a powerful tool, which can give a new balance to your life, discovering talents and characteristics never even imagined before. A human and spiritual experience to help you to be a happier person.

Contemporary medicine considers multiple personalities as a disease, a variation from the norm, an aberration of the mind. In Damanhur's philosophy, on the contrary, the human being is a multiple personality being. These different characters are the great wealth each one of us has inside and has to learn to harmonise and tap into.

This weekend can transform your life, the way you think of yourself by opening a vaster and richer inner landscape. The night, dedicated to sleep, will be an integrating part of the work of the seminar, as dreams will be guided and used to continue one's self exploration.

When?
26th & 27th September. Saturday: from 10.00am to 9.00pm. We'll take breaks for lunch and dinner. Sunday: from 10.00am to 6.00pm. We'll break for lunch. There is a choice of places to eat nearby. Coffee, tea, etc. provided.

Where?
Close to Manchester in a beautiful space in a delightful private house surrounded by a serene Japanese garden. Public transport links are very good, a ten minute walk or short taxi ride from Altrincham train and Metro stations with easy links to Manchester centre, airport and mainline stations. By car the venue is a few minutes from the M56 motorway and there is ample parking within a few minutes of the house.

GAME OF LIFE JOURNEY
QUEST INTO THE SACRED FOREST
Damanhur, Italy 17th to 23rd October 1998 Come and play as you have never played before! For the first time, you too can experience the extraordinary group dynamics that have created Damanhur.

A week in the Sacred Wood, creating a new vision of yourself and reality, discovering just how much you determine in your life. Be ready to be challenged, surprised and transformed. Come to play, dream, laugh, shout, dance and celebrate!

Six days immersed in Nature, living in tree houses, leaving your habits and everyday world behind, ready to travel physically and make an inner journey. Building, playing games, creating a group and exploring yourself, having fun and learning new ways of being in a breath-taking dynamic of change.

DATES
Arrival Friday 16 th, or Saturday morning, "Quest" programme begins Saturday 17th at 2:00 pm. Saturday morning at 10 a.m, visit to Damanhur's central area.

COST
£350. Includes the "Quest" and accommodation for 7 nights (2 nights in Damanhur's guesthouse), all meals from Saturday supper to Thursday breakfast, transport to and from the airport by agreement, visit to the Temple of Mankind and mystery excursions.

EQUIPMENT
The minimum of outdoor clothing and comfortable shoes, including gear for wet conditions. Sleeping bag and sleep-mat, torch, musical instruments, towels. (Preferably in a rucksack as you will have to carry it).

DIET
PLEASE NOTE
To facilitate dream work there will be separate sleeping accommodation for men and women.
Tree houses are charming but very basic: Be prepared.
